     George William Bezanson was born on 13 September 1886.1 In the online copy of the 1901 Census his birthdate is "Nov 18 1886."2 He volunteered for the Canadian Expeditionary Force on 1 November 1915 at Halifax, Nova Scotia. He was described as 5ft 4in tall with blue eyes and dark hair. His birthdate was recorded as 16 November 1886.3 He married Ethel Blanche Kinsman in 1919 at Halifax, Nova Scotia.1 George William Bezanson died on 7 January 1960 at Camp Hill Hospital, Halifax, Nova Scotia, at age 73. The informant on his death certificate was Herbert Francis Bezanson.4

She was 18.1,3 Ida Blanche Bezanson witnessed the marriage of James Cameron Kennedy and Bessie Winifred Bezanson on 9 May 1928 at Halifax, Nova Scotia.4,1 Ida Blanche Bezanson and Rufus William Lightfoot had twin sons, names unknown.1 Ida Blanche Bezanson died on 2 February 1936 at age 45.1
