     Obituary:
Bezanson II, George Kenneth 57, of Peabody, formerly of Quincy, Marshfield, Duxbury, MA, and Cape Coral, FL, died suddenly on June 20, 2015.

George was the son of George (deceased) and Alberta Bezanson of Hanover, brother of Alex Bezanson and his wife, Lisa, of Abington, the late Linda Bezanson-Harmon of Alton, NH, and the late Steven Bezanson of St. Simons Island, GA.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Marirose (Kelley) Bezanson, his son, George Kenneth Bezanson III, and daughter, Christina (Bezanson) Dunbar and her husband, Jason. He is also survived by sisters-in-law Cynthia (Locke) Shelton of Pineville, LA, and Dr. Carolyn Kinzer-Bezanson of St. Simons Island, GA, and her children and his ex-daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Bezanson. He leaves behind his three grandchildren, Isabella Bezanson, Ella Dunbar and Jude Bezanson, who best knew George as “Pop Pop.”

George was an accomplished builder and the owner of several businesses, including Compass Construction. For George, his family was everything, and he loved to spend time with them. If you had the pleasure of knowing them, you were already aware that George and Rose are the definition of True Love. They spent 43 amazingly love-filled years together, and not a day goes by that he will not be truly missed. He was our rock, and with his guidance we will be able to find peace and strength to get through this difficult time.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours Thursday from 4-8 p.m. in the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street, Marshfield. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m. where he will be laid to rest at Duxbury Cemetery, 774 Tremont Street, Duxbury. Flowers for the funeral home are invited.1
