     Curtis Parker Herget was also known as Curtis Hergett.3 He also went by the name of Buddy Hergett.4 He was born circa 1936 at Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.5 He married Lydia Rose Bezanson on 20 January 1956.1 Curtis Parker Herget died on 2 March 1992 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Centre, Lebanon, New Hampshire.5

Curtis P. (Buddy) Herget, 56, 25 West Street, Pepperell, Mass., died March 2, 1992, in Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Centre, Lebanon, N.H.

Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of Rena (Freeman) Herget, New Ross and the late H. Parker Herget. He was a retired contractor. He lived in Kentville before moving to Pepperell. He was a member of The Community Church, Pepperell.

He is survived by his wife, the former Lydia R. Bezanson; a son, Bentley R., Townsend, Mass; two daughters, Linda R. Rondeau, Pepperell; Anna M. Pack, Weturmpka, Ala; two brothers, Perry, Kentville; John, Halifax; four sisters, Ruth McDow, New Ross; Irene Spinney, Greenwood; Noreen Fields, Ontario; June Arnburg, Kentville; six grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Joan McGee. Funeral was March 6 in The Community Church. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.5

     Kathleen Ella Leopold was also known as Kay.1 She was also known as Kathy Serilla Leopold.2 She was born in 1941 at New Ross, Nova Scotia.1 She married William Elijah Bezanson on 28 October 1961.2 Kathleen Ella Leopold and William Elijah Bezanson were divorced.2 Kathleen Ella Leopold died on 28 March 2019 at Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville, Nova Scotia.1

Kathleen Ella "Kay" Bezanson - age 77, of Kentville, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in New Ross, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Gertrude (McDow) Leopold.

At the age of 14 she began her career at Graves Juice Plant and worked until the plant closed. She was later employed with Dominion produce until her retirement. She loved knitting and could be seen driving her purple bike around Kentville. She was very frugal with money and could easily turn a dollar into three.

She is survived by her son, Rick (Jennifer Parrish), Kentville; sister, Thelma Veinot, Sweets Corner and granddaughter, MacKenzie Parrish.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sister, Gladys Allen and brother, Sidney Leopold.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, Reverend Gary Manthorne officiating. Burial will take place in the Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville.1

     Lloyd Edgar Bezanson was born on 14 July 1935.1 He married Carole Parker on 4 April 1959. He was 23.1 Lloyd Edgar Bezanson died on 28 April 2017 at age 81.2

     Obituary:
Lloyd Edgar Bezanson - 81, of Blue Mountain, went to be with his Lord on Friday, April 28, 2017 after a courageous fight with cancer. Born in Aaldersville, Lunenburg County, on July 14, 1935, he was a son of the late Edgar and Wilhelmina (Hiltz) Bezanson.

He loved gardening and sharing his bounty with family and friends. He had been employed at TP Calkin Ltd for 15 years and retired from the Kentville Research Station after 20 years.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, the former Carole (Parker); two daughters, Nancy (Brian) Stiles, Alberta; Rosemary (Steve), Maine; one son, Peter (Tina), Blue Mountain; four sisters, Elsie (Marshall) Roast; Violet Hatt; Lyda (Gary) Herget; Alma (Marlyn) Spencer; one brother, Bill (Linda).

He was predeceased by a brother Roy.

There will be no visitation, by request. Funeral service followed by a reception will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville, Reverend Virginia DeAdder officiating. Burial will take place in the Elm Grove Cemetery.2
