From Bezansons of Nova Scotia: Marjory M. Jacquith states that Sophia Bezanson and Emma Bezanson were full sisters, and she says the family has Mary Duggan's Sampler. It is not possible for Sophia to be d/o Mary Duggan, for the record of her death was published in THE TIMES (Hfx) in 1835. Sophia could have been d/o Benjamin's 2nd wife (Mary Ann). Or else we have the wrong Benjamin.4
