LAKE, Roy Howard - 75, Halifax, died December 12, 1992, in Victoria General Hospital.
Born in Sydney, he was a son of the late William F. and Maude (Bezanson) Lake. He was a veteran of the Second World War, serving in the Intelligence Corps in Europe. He was a retired employee of Domtar Chemical-Sifto Salt Division.
He is survived by his wife, the former Phyllis M. Wakely; two sons, Jeffrey, Burlington, Ont; David, St. John's, Nfld; daughter, Judith, Halifax; sister, Mrs. Fred Theuerkauf, Dartmouth; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother, Lorne.
The body is in Snow's Funeral Home, Windsor Street, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, where funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Rev. Vernon Cluett officiating. Burial will be in Oakridge Memorial Gardens, Lower Sackville.2

He was 22.2 Howard James Bezanson died on 12 November 2004 at Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, at age 84.4

BEZANSON, Howard James - 399 Pleasant St., New Glasgow, passed away Friday, November 12, 2004, in Aberdeen Hospital.
Born January 3, 1920 in Sydney, he was a son of the late Howard P. and Gwendolyn (LeCapelin) Bezanson. He started working in 1936 with DOSCO in Sydney. In 1941, he was transferred to Trenton and was one of the original employees of the Trenton Industries Gun Shop. He held various supervisory and management positions with Trenton works until his retirement in 1982 after 42 years of service. He was a member and 50 year jewel recipient of Euclid Masonic Lodge No. 92, the Gyro Club of New Glasgow, the New Glasgow City Club, the Gun Shop Memory Club and in former years, he was active in the Boy Scouts Association and the Kinsmen Club of New Glasgow. He was a member of Saint George's Anglican Church, New Glasgow.
He is survived by sons, William Robert (Susan), Nepean, Ont; Allan Howard (Joan), New Glasgow; sister, Isabel (Frank) James, Toronto; brother, Robert Charles (Kay), Dartmouth; three granddaughters and three grandsons; close friend, Elva Fraser, Westville.
He was predeceased by his wife, the former Marie Donaldson; sister, Dorothy (Don) MacDonnell, Halifax.
Visitation will be held today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in R.H. Porter Funeral Home, New Glasgow. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Saint George's Anglican Church with Rev. Frances Boutilier officiating. Cremation to follow.4
