BEZANSON (Hiltz), Hazel Catherine - 92, East Dalhousie, Kings Co., died Tuesday, October 21, 1997, at home.
Born September 18, 1905, in Fraxville, Lunenburg Co., she was a daughter of the late Freeman and Ellen (Cleveland) Hiltz. She was a member of the Anglican Church and had been the first person baptized in St. Augustine's Anglican Church, the Forties. She had attended and supported St. Cyprian's Anglican Church, East Dalhousie, for over 50 years. Although bedridden for many years, Hazel will be fondly remembered as a happy, compassionate and fun loving person.
Surviving are daughters, Minnie Bezanson, East Dalhousie; Annie Lonergan, Berwick; Marion and husband Howard Lowe, Springhield, Annapolis Co; Beulah Barkhouse, East Dalhousie; sons, Arnold and wife Diane Bezanson, Dartmouth; Chesley and wife Janet Bezanson, Dartmouth; grandchildren, Gary, Linda, Beverly, Glenn, Keith, Jerry, Carson, Jo-Ann, Randy, Fern, Robert, Gail, Barry, Wanda, Tony, Nancy, Sharon; 22 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchilren; brother, Vincent Hiltz, Fraxville, Lunenburg Co.
