Edward J. Webb, Jr., 72, passed away Feb. 6, 2010 at Beverly Hospital. Born in Danvers on Dec. 25, 1937 he was the son of Anita (Phinney) Webb of NH and the late Edward J. Webb.
He attended Holten High School. He had been employed at Webb's Auto Electric in Danvers, the United Shoe in Beverly and most recently Walgreen's in Beverly. Edward was an avid kite flyer; belonging to Kites Over New England, flying kites with world renowned kite enthusiasts. He also enjoyed following his family history and genealogy.
Besides his mother, Anita, he is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly and Todd Nalbandian of Danvers, Joanne and John Bucci of ME, Darlene and Michael Sweeney of Salisbury and Jennifer and Jay Shilosky of Ware, a brother David Webb of WA, three sisters, Joan Stavre, Nancy Couillard and Tina Sweet, all of NH, eight grandchildren, Steven and Kristina Nalbandian, Nicholas and William Bucci, Patrice and Savannah Sweeney and Jack and Evelyn Shilosky, and many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends and family from 3pm-6pm on Tues., Feb. 9, 2010 at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. There are no other funeral services.3
