Robert W. Bezanson RUTLAND — Robert Wayne Bezanson, 56 of Rutland died unexpectedly Wednesday Feb 19, 2025, at his residence. He was born on March 25, 1968, in Quincy, MA.
Robert grew up in Stoughton, MA where he graduated from the South Eastern High School. He relocated to Vermont in 2006 and for the last 19 years has been employed by Wilk Paving. Robert was an avid Boston Bruins and New England Patriots Fan. He enjoyed camping on Lake Dunmore and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his love of his life for 20 years, Jeninne Pitts of Rutland, his mother Gerrie Adelman of Stoughton, MA, 2 daughters Julia Quinn of MA and Cassandra Pitts her fiancée Mackenzie Powers of Poultney, a son Joshua Pitts of Rutland, a brother James Pappas and his fiancée Gianna Damiano of Bridgewater, Ma, 2 grandchildren Zane and Mara Powers, an Aunt, a niece, nephews, and cousins whom he loved spending time with.
He was predeceased by his father Donald “Duffa” Bezanson Jr., his stepfather David Adelman, and an Aunt Betty Pelletier.
A celebration of his life will be held 6 pm, March 25, 2025 at the Stonehenge Indoor Golf in Rutland, VT Arrangements are with the Aldous Funeral Home.1
