RUDOLPH, Sharleen Dianne (nee Corbett) January 19, 1942 – May 27, 2018
It is with profound sadness and heartache that we announce the passing of Sharleen Rudolph. Sharleen was born to parents Charles (Len) Corbett and Roselind (Rose) Corbett in Victoria, B.C.
As the daughter of a navy officer, Sharleen moved to Nova Scotia where she met and married the love of her life and best friend Douglas (Doug) Rudolph on September 3, 1960. They moved to Vancouver where they raised their 2 children Rick and Cathy. Shar as she was known to her friends and family or Mom as she was known to her children's friends, always had an open door policy. She set an extra place at the table or she took people in when they needed some love, guidance or just a little support in their time of need. Shar was a long term Safeway employee and union shop steward where she made many friends. She was artistic, creative and enjoyed puzzles. Shar loved cooking and spending time with her family and friends the most. She was free-spirited and truly full of life and love.
Shar was predeceased by her loving parents Len and Rose Corbett.
She leaves behind her husband and best friend of 58 years Douglas Rudolph, her son Douglas (Rick) Rudolph, daughter Catherine (Cathy) Shannon (nee Rudolph), light of her life and only granddaughter Brittany (Mike) Shannon-Giles, Brittany's father Mike Shannon, her brother Brian (Linda) Corbett as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
"Nothing loved is ever lost." Be at peace, Love you forever, we miss you already, Doug, Rick, Cathy and Brittany.1

Obituary from Middleton Funeral Home (Middleton, Nova Scotia):
Tyler Joseph Bezanson, 31, from Kingston, NS, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2024 in Valley Regional Hospital in Kentville, NS.
Tyler loved his children and always lit up when talking about Hazel Grace. He was a loyal friend, loved the outdoors and spent many hours hunting and fishing. Tyler was an avid music fan and was often found sitting around the fire with some old country playing in the background. There wasn’t a tree around that could stand against his many Husqvarna’s. Landscaping gave Tyler great joy, “Dirty Hands and Clean Money”.
Tyler is survived by his daughter Hazel Grace Bezanson and her Mom Sasha Dahr; Parents Martha Bailey and Joseph Bezanson; Siblings Joe “Jr.” (Sara) Bezanson, Sherry (Donny) Bezanson, Rebecca (Michael) Bailey, Jessica (Chris) Ewing, Natasha (Monte) Clowe, Tristan Rollins; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his paternal and maternal grandparents, Tyler was predeceased by infant son Holden Joseph Bezanson. A private family gathering will take place at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, Middleton.
Thank you to the staff on 7.3 at the Halifax Infirmary for your support and care over the last year and a half and to Kentville ICU staff for the care and support provided to Tyler and his family during his short stay there.1
